Bird`s Isle in Belize City

This restaurant is one of my favorite place to eat and drink unfortunately last night I was disappointed in the food I ordered. The drinks was excellent and the waitresses made be feel welcome. Over I still rate this restaurant as a five star.

Great food, ambiance, friendly service. Kareoke on Thursday night was entertaining. Drinks were made perfect to specifications. If you're visiting definitely stop by

Great Bar Restaurant right on the Gulf. Good beer and great food. Attentive staff and reasonable prices. Hard to get to though.

Went 2x first experience was great had a sever named Jenna who pleasant and informative. The orders were done promptly and the food was delicious. Which is why we went back the next day. The server was slow goofy and got things all.out of order. I asked for grilled fish got fried, broccoli and received cauliflower. He then explained how they had no more broccoli and substituted cauliflower. Think that should have been an option left to me. My family finished their meals before I even got mine. We asked to speak to a manger 20 or so minutes later someone came over and said all they could.do for the inconvenience was take 20% off my fish. Won't be back not unless Jenna or someone competent and take and follow through on orders. However the food.was good, just get there early as they start running out of food way before closing time.

Fried fish and coconut creme pie was excellent. Met the 80 plus year old owner who was a fixture at the bar in his hometown restaurant. Belize experience was fantastic with group tour of Rum factory and Bird Isle restaurant. Joseph, the tour guide made our Belize day trip enjoyable with his knowledge.

We really enjoyed our experience here. Friendly service and good prices. Most importantly the views are unbelievable and it’s just a short distance from cruise terminals.

Very nice location! Food was good, although the fried red snapper was ever so slightly dry. But nevertheless happy with out order of fish, burger, chicken nuggets. The list of coctails is extensive. Gets busy around 8pm.

Great local authentic native food. Staff was was nice. Highly recommend this place! Also, the soursap drink is heavenly!!

It was a great place to eat after walking around the streets under the sun. The climate was wonderful, the staff super attentive, the food was tasty and it matched the prices. But above all, the view is spectacular. Will definitely come back.

Very tasty and fairly reasonably priced. Beautiful setting! Had a large fresh lobster tail and my wife had the fried chicken. Both were excellent! Very nice and helpful service; our waitress even let me pick out which lobster tail I wanted.

I went on a Thursday night and hung out with locals in their free spirit vibe. Thursday is their Karaoke night and they close at midnight. Great hang out spot while you dine and enjoy some drinks. Our waitress (Ashlee) was awesome!!!

Had a great meal there, I must say the food was excellent and tasty, they sure did listen to pass reviews. I enjoyed my meal, thank you. The ambience was nice too. Enjoyed my time with my girlfriend. Try it, you won't be disappointed.

Love this place. Right on the ocean. Great view and great staff. Indoor and outdoor seating. Food is ok. The rice and beans are a little dry and no seasoning. The fried snapper was delish.

Was a long wait but the food was delicious! So were the drinks, waitress was very nice. Great space for big families to dine.

Amazing prices...great quality... .authentic belizean cuisine and American options. Had a full meal and a soda for 2 and paid $24bz in total. Satisfied

You will not be disappointed! Service, food, and drinks all top notch! We were lucky to have Maria as our waitress! Catching the sunset all in the perfect environment. Did have some mosquitos try and ruin the perfect dinner but Maria save the day with some bug spray. Maria also call a car service for us. 5 stars to the perfect night and reasonably price. Thank you again!

The food was amazing and the staff was courteous, not to mention the views... 🥇 I recommend visiting on a Thursday night... The karaoke there is great.

The food is extremely extraordinary exceptionally wonderful and the awesome sea breeze with ĺovely coconut trees, the people that works here is so loving n caring patient with everybody,I love it everytime..

Great spot for sunset! Amazing drink deals, great fish burger, good view, and fantastic signs as you enter the place. Heads up, you cross a small bridge and it feels like you're walking into an abandoned stadium, just keep walking, it's worth it!

The food was really Good! BUT at young lady w who assisted us for the night , one word "WOW!"her customer service was on fleek.She was very helpful , pleasant and brought a sense of cheer on her arrival. Thanks for the wonderful experience we will definitely come back and recommend you to others

A wonderful place where you have a breathtaking view of the Caribbean Sea and if you are lucky, appreciate hundreds of birds.The food is excellent and the prices are lower than similar restaurants.An excellent option for a romantic date.

Delicious food and magnificent view

A very nice restaurant with a view. The blue margarita & chicken fingers were really good. And the service from the hostess & waitress was exceptional.

Great Belizean and American food - something for everyone. We went at least once a week for five weeks. Staff was very friendly and helpful, gorgeous location, rustic appearance.
